We have had ongoing issues with our alarm system since it was installed 3 years ago, multiple phone calls and technicians and still issues were not resolved until Mike Cook and Chris came calling. Mike was the only technician who actually took time before he got to our place to research the problems with our system so he knew exactly what had to be done. Some were simple fixes that should have been resolved in the first place. Thank you Mike and Chris for your expertise and making me laugh, really made my day 🙂
