This monitored alarm package is $36.50 per month on a 36-month contract (with $199 upfront fee). This package includes a wireless DSC Impassa Alarm Package installed in your home or business in Southeast Queensland, Greater Melbourne Region, Sydney, or Perth by our professional security installers.
This package includes A1 grade back to base monitoring, as well as a mobile application for remote access to your system.
This package has a 36-month contract ($36.50 per month). Upon completion of your online order, our office will contact you to complete contract and arrange installation.
Installation times for this system are between 7 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday. If you require an alternative start time/day or are unsure of any of the information, please contact us.

Unlike other products – our systems do not need a fixed phone line to be monitored. We use the 3G/4G Network to monitor our systems.
A licensed technician will arrive at your home on the agreed installation time. If our technician is running late for any reason, our office will contact you immediately to let you know. Our technician will perform a walk through and identify key areas that require security coverage. This process usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes, and we need you to be there to give us your approval before us starting the installation. We always do our best to hide cables and limit the use of conduit or duct. On completion of your installation, we provide you with a tutorial on how to use the system.
All of our systems are capable of this; however, this depends on your internet connection/router location.
Once we’ve completed your installation, we will give you a demonstration of the systems’ capabilities. You’re more than welcome to call us after your installation should you require any assistance. If your system is networked, we can change any settings you want to update remotely with your permission. You may need to provide us with log ins details to your router.
